Anything we stock has to pass all three. Most things don't.
It earns its grams.
Carry-on space is precious. Every product has to either replace something heavier in your bag, or do something you cannot do without.
It survives the trip.
We test every product through at least one international round-trip — climate-shifted, baggage-thrown, customs-rummaged — before it ships.
The spec is the truth.
No "up to" marketing claims. The number we publish is the number you can plan around. If a fan runs 14 hours not 20, we say 14.

thenomadroom is a small Cheyenne, Wyoming brand. We focus on a tight selection of travel essentials — adapters, organizers, neck fans, luggage scales — and stay out of categories where we have nothing useful to add.
The catalogue is intentionally small
You will not see hundreds of products from us. Every category gets two or three products at most, because there are only ever two or three good answers to a given travel problem. If we add a fourth, we are usually padding.
We name the things we stock
Every product page lists its real specifications — capacity, materials, certifications — not marketing language. If a number we publish ever turns out wrong, we will fix it on the page. If you have a question about how a product was made, email us and we will answer directly.
Returns are easy
Thirty days. No questions. If something arrived broken, send a photo and we will ship the replacement before the return clears. See our returns policy.
