Orders are packed and dropped off Monday through Friday from our Cheyenne facility. Allow 1β2 business days for processing, then 3β5 business days in transit. Orders placed after 1pm MT or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Free standard U.S. shipping on every order β no minimum. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for actual carrier cost.
Yes β to most major destinations. Shipping rates and times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
The Atlas Universal covers 150+ countries β every common plug type (Type A, B, C, D, E/F, G, I, L, M). If your destination uses something exotic (Thailand Type O, Brazil Type N), drop us an email and we will confirm before you order.
Thirty days, full refund, no questions asked. Contact us with your order number and we will email you a prepaid return label. We process refunds within 3β5 business days of receiving the return.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed by Authorize.Net over a 256-bit SSL connection. We do not store your card details.
Yes. Our neck fans and any other rechargeable products ship with their batteries installed, in compliance with IATA Class 9 regulations for ground and air transport.
If your order has not yet shipped, yes β email us within a couple hours and we can usually catch it. Once it has shipped, you can return it for a full refund under our 30-day policy.
Our hardware is produced by manufacturing partners we contract with directly. Each product is QC-tested before it ships from our Cheyenne, Wyoming warehouse. If you want details on a specific item, email us and we will tell you what we know.
You will get a tracking email the moment your package leaves our warehouse. If you have an account with us, tracking also appears in your Dashboard β Orders.
Send us a photo of the box and the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement before the return clears.
